Mike Foster- Main Restaurant Area
Finding Time to paint is always a challenge for Mike foster, a full time art teacher at Waukesha South High School who works to balance teaching, coaching track and time up North. It’s his natural interest in working with people that has led to his primary subject matter as an artist : the human figure.
Linda Krukar- Long Hallway

Stephanie Bartz, Commissioned Portraits- Long Hallway
"As a kid, Iwas drawn to art making, make believe, and dogs. As an adult, I zeroed in on a photography degree, assisted commercial photographers and explored beauty and fashion photography. Through those experiences, I learned that I have a knack for putting people--and animals--at ease. I prefer to shoot in black and white, because I believe it best accentuates emotion."
Chris Vincent-Long Hallway
For the showing of my work at Sprizzo I used Waukesha History as my subject and Pen & Ink Watercolor as my technique.
I enjoy working with acrylics, pen & ink, pencil, pastels, latex paints and graphic design.
For 25+ years I have been making a living as an artist in a variety of ways. I have an Associate Degree from MATC and a Technical Certificate from WCTC. In the 90’s I worked a lot in pen & ink, creating architectural renderings for home builders. This helped launch me into commission work of homes, people, pets, etc…. Throughout this period I accumulated 10+ years in graphic design.
In 2001 I ventured into my current business “Murals by Design” joining the mural/faux finish craze of residential work.
I love my current work painting murals and helping businesses and residences redesign and enhance their space with specialty painting. As an artist I designed and painted the Waukesha Historical Mural on Barstow and Main and the Fox River Mural on the Couri Building.
I am a Waukesha native, resided in the Lake Country Area for many years and am currently living in Waukesha.
Waukesha is a great source for Art and History and I thoroughly enjoy combining the two.
